At present, there are still certain problems in the core technology of the domestic tractor manufacturing industry such as engines and gearboxes, and most of these core components need to rely on imports. Moreover, due to the insufficient R&D investment of domestic manufacturers in these areas, the failure rate of domestic tractors is high, and the use of domestic tractors is relatively unstable.

　In addition to the problems in the core technology, there is also an obvious gap between the domestic tractor and the international advanced level in key technologies such as continuously variable speed and power shifting. The shortcomings of these technologies directly affect the performance of domestic tractors, and also make domestic manufacturers in a relatively passive state in the face of international market competition.
