As an indispensable agricultural equipment in the current agricultural development of our country, the tractor is widely used in rural areas of our country, but the specific drivers generally lack a comprehensive understanding of it, which not only has an adverse effect on the full play of the utility of the tractor, but also is very easy to cause equipment failure due to improper operation. When a fault occurs, it is not only difficult to analyze the cause of the fault, but also complicated to judge the fault. This is due to the fact that the specific performance of the same kind of failure of the tractor is very different, and the failure problem of the same performance may be quite different in nature. These are all difficulties in the analysis and elimination of tractor failures.

1. Eliminate sudden insufficient oil supply faults

When the tractor has the problem of insufficient fuel supply during use, the air in it can be discharged first, and then the plunger and fuel injector can be replaced. Assuming that this fault cannot be eliminated, it can be judged that there is a problem with the fuel injector, which is caused by the small steel ball in the ejector rod of the fuel injection needle. Its eccentric wear problem affects the atomization, which can be eliminated by replacing the steel ball.

2. Eliminate the wear and oil leakage of high-pressure oil pipes

When oil leakage occurs at the connection position between the convex heads at both ends of the tractor high-pressure oil pipe and the fuel injector and the fuel outlet valve, a round copper skin with a small hole can be placed at the convex point to eliminate the fault.

3. Eliminate the fault of diesel engine burning oil and emitting blue smoke

When the tractor diesel engine has the problem of blue smoke, you should first check the wear of the cylinder liner piston group, check the elasticity of the piston ring, check the oil quantity of the oil pan, check the oil level position of the air filter, etc. If it still cannot be solved, you should also check the fitting clearance between the valve stem and the valve guide until the fault is eliminated.

4. Eliminate the fault of free gear jumping after shifting

When the problem of free jumping occurs after the tractor changes speed, the wear of the fork shaft groove, the elasticity of the fork spring, the clearance at the connecting rod joint, etc. should be checked. And eliminate the fault by restoring the positioning groove, replacing the fork spring or reducing the clearance of the connecting rod joint.

5. Troubleshoot steering wheel vibration and front wheel head swing

When the tractor has the problem of steering wheel shaking or front wheel shaking, it is mainly caused by improper positioning of front wheel and too small caster angle of kingpin. The wedge-shaped iron piece can be plugged between the leaf spring and the rear end of the front axle support plane to achieve the purpose of rearward rotation of the front axle, thereby increasing the caster angle of the kingpin, and the fault can be eliminated.

6. Troubleshoot the brake failure of hydraulic brake locomotive

When the tractor has a specified failure problem, check the brake master cylinder and sub-cylinder, check whether there is air in the brake pipeline, check the height of the brake pedal, check the brake oil, etc., and further check the brake bowl and hose until the fault is eliminated.

7. Troubleshoot the fault of slow venting of inner tube

When the tractor has the problem of slow ventilation of the inner tube, the inner tube should be checked, the air in the inner tube should be cleaned, and then the funnel should be used to pour talc powder. Finally, the valve should be installed and filled to eliminate the fault. This is due to the problem that talc powder can be adsorbed on the inner tube wall, thus slowing down the air venting.

8. Eliminate fatigue damage faults of hydraulic oil pipes

When the tractor has the problem of fatigue damage of the hydraulic oil pipe, the temperature of the hydraulic oil pipe should be checked to determine whether the oil temperature rises due to the abnormal change of oil pressure, which eventually leads to the problem of fatigue damage. A spring made of thin iron wire can be used as the internal support of the oil pipe to eliminate faults.

9. Troubleshoot poor oil pump performance

When the tractor has oil pump performance failure, the oil filter or oil pipe can be removed, and then the oil is filled into the oil outlet of the tractor through the oil injector. After installing the filter or oil pipe, the oil pump can be started to eliminate the oil pump failure.

10. Eliminate the fault of excessive engine temperature caused by excessive scale

When there is more scale in the cold water pump of the tractor engine, it will cause the engine to rise steadily, which will aggravate the wear of components and consume too much lubrication pump oil. Peeled and seeded loofah can be used to absorb scale in the water tank, and the loofah can be replaced regularly to reduce the probability of failure.

With the further development of China's agricultural modernization and the further acceleration of China's new rural construction, the application of agricultural transport vehicles such as tractors has become more and more common. As an important equipment in agricultural production and transportation, once it fails, it may have a certain impact on agricultural production and even threaten the personal safety of drivers.
